Done-for-you project management.
You shouldn't be the one chasing updates, juggling deadlines, and holding the whole project in your head. I take ownership of delivery so your team ships on time — and you get your focus back.
When there's no one truly owning delivery, things slip: deadlines move, ownership gets fuzzy, and the founder ends up doing project management on top of everything else. I step in as the operational anchor — setting up the right system, coordinating the people, and driving the work forward so nothing falls through the cracks.
- ✕Deadlines that quietly slip with no clear reason
- ✕Unclear who owns what — so things stall
- ✕Work scattered across chats, docs, and spreadsheets
- ✕You doing PM yourself instead of running the business
- ✕No reliable picture of what's actually on track
PM system setup
The right workspace, structured properly — Jira, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello — built around how your team actually works.
Roadmap & sprint planning
Clear timelines, milestones, and priorities so everyone knows what's next and why.
Day-to-day coordination
I keep the work moving — assigning, unblocking, following up, and holding owners accountable.
QA & delivery checkpoints
Quality gates built into the process so issues get caught before they reach your client.
Status reporting
Clear, regular updates for you and your stakeholders — no more guessing where things stand.
Onboard
I learn your team, tools, and goals fast.
Set up
I build (or fix) the PM system and workflows.
Run delivery
I drive day-to-day execution and accountability.
Report & improve
Regular updates plus continuous process tuning.
Is this full-time or part-time?
Both are available. Many clients start with a part-time / fractional arrangement — enough to own delivery without the cost of a full-time hire — and scale up as needed.
Which tools do you work in?
Jira, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, and more. I'll work in whatever you already use, or set up the right tool from scratch if you don't have one yet.
What industries have you worked with?
Digital marketing agencies, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and beauty/wellness — 5+ industries across 15+ delivered projects, with a background in computer engineering and QA.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days. Onboarding is quick — I'm built to drop into a fast-moving team and start adding structure right away.
