A DFY service team managing multiple client projects had no clear internal process. Tasks, revisions, approvals, file handling, and role handoffs were creating confusion and slowing execution.

My Role

Technical Project Manager — led workflow analysis, SOP documentation, and process redesign to improve visibility and team coordination.
